CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Because of the forecasted wind situations presumably leading to restrictions on the Confederation Bridge, Atlantic College Sport (AUS) has introduced the rescheduling of video games involving UPEI groups.

The ladies’s and males’s basketball video games between the visiting Saint Mary’s Huskies and host Panthers on Feb. 3 will now be performed on Feb. 5 on the Chi-Wan Younger Sports activities Centre. The ladies’s recreation begins at 4 p.m., with the boys tipping off at 6 p.m.

Former basketball standout Eireann Rigby might be acknowledged in a ceremony earlier than the ladies’s recreation for her induction into the UPEI Sports activities Corridor of Fame.

Additionally on Feb. 5, the UPEI males’s hockey staff will host the St. Francis Xavier X-Males at MacLauchlan Area. Puck drop is 7 p.m. The groups have been initially scheduled to play on Feb. 3.
